Hotel was lovely as was our meal on the first night and breakfast both mornings. My gripe with breakfast is that the plates for hot buffet were stone cold (icy) and food got cold very quickly . This made me feel as if I was rushing my breakfast just to eat it hot .
After being moved to a twin room which I had previously phoned and asked for it was a lovely room and looked as if the bathroom had been revamped. The only problem is that an extractor fan had not been fitted in the bathroom and after a nice shower the walls were running with water making everything damp even the toilet roll !!!

Fantastic Short Break What a fantastic hotel with friendly and kind staff! We are members of Boundless so had lots of great benefits such as spa access and deals, like dinner, bed and breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and felt that the highlight was the food. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and tasty. The evening meal was three courses and there was a range of choice. The spa suited our needs, although we didn’t try treatments as they were fully booked. We liked that it was a short walk to the town centre and beach. The room was newly decorated and felt homely. We are looking forward to returning.

Lovely relaxing spa day with my daughter Wow wow and more wow nothing was too much trouble everywhere was spotless clean staff was so kind and friendly. Even forgot to mention that my daughter doesn't have butter in her sandwiches and they went and made fresh sandwiches without butter what a lovely touch a massive thank you. Afternoon tea was amazing so tasty and filling. We had treatments which was really good a bit of a issue to start with but soon got sorted out and it hasn't made me not go back would definitely stay again and recommend anyone too aswell.

I'd definitely stay again MY WIFE AND I STAYED FOR 1 NIGHT AND ATE DINNER IN THE RESTAURANT, THE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL... WITH GREAT SERVICE FROM JAMES, HE IS A FANTASTIC WAITER... I'D DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Thank you for reminding me to leave some feedback.
We arrived at the hotel to be told they didn’t have a booking for us. They asked us to wait for half and hour while they sorted something, making out it was our fault. I had emailed the hotel and tried to call numerous times in the week but had no reply and I had completed the booking form which had been ‘confirmed’. We were given a tiny box room that overlooking the air con or heating or something that made noise all night long. I paid extra for the spa and we went down the day we arrived to be told it had closed early. The dinner was ridiculous. I had a Thai noodle dish that had been covered in some kind of balsamic glaze. My husbands food had been microwaved.
Definitely not worth the money I paid.
