Food wasn't as great as thought might be didn't get the 3course meals the first day off arriveal which was disappointing but bed was comfortable 😴 good sleep shame about view out window room wasn't as clean as I was expecting

Brilliant Great stay great staff especially the young man that left his glasses at his girlfriends house ( sorry can't remember his name ) Satyeed?? We'll be back, the only criticism is better pillows, we will visit for Christmas to sample your Christmas dinner. Great chef 👨🍳 👌

Our favourite. Thank you to all at The Cumberland Hotel once again for a smashing stay and looking after us so well. Had not been since before covid I was worried things might have changed. Thank goodness the same lovely hotel and couldn’t have been looked after better. Can’t wait until our next stay.

Awesome! Excellent location and great service by the staff especially Zak is a huge credit to this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and there was special attention to little things for my 6 year old daughter, a great place for a family to stay on a holiday in Bournemouth.
