Firstly I would like to give a special mention to dale which went above and beyond before our stay had even begun by ensuring we had twin beds and also leaving a little momento for my son for his 16th birthday,these little things matter and make your stay all the more memorable .

Our room was very clean and a good size. Beds were very comfortable. We were pleased with the room overall but at times it was very noisy.

The hotel is well located and has good facilities with family staff. My daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a family room which good it had one double bed and a single bed which both comfortable.

The Suncliff Hotel is part of the Oceana group, rooms were clean and modern with decent surrounding and nice bar area.

Don’t bother! Hotel and room is in need of a revamp!
I upgraded to a superior room and it was horrible, the taps in the bathroom were hanging off. Everything was just grubby.
The hallways smell awful!
I complained by email, still waiting for the manager to reply! We were booked for 2 nights only stayed for 1!
Only good thing was the breakfast!
