Two night break. Had a two night stay here with my son. When we arrived, the hotel looked lovely, all decorated for Christmas. The room was very nice and the the breakfasts were excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating, even helping us out with an early breakfast on the day we left - must mention Michael, Mandy and Lorraine, who were friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located for the train station. We really enjoyed Newcastle which was a lovely place to explore, especially at Christmas time. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely central location. Well placed, comfortable hotel. Slightly haphazard seating arrangements for dining when hotel is busy, but @Cath and @Liz were very helpful.
