We had a great time in Chester at the Leonardo Hotel. Hotel situated in the middle of Chester with easy access to most attractions. We had the bonus of the Xmas market. Lovely staff. Clean rooms and a good breakfast. What more would you want.

What a great location. Staff were lovely. Rooms were great a little cold due to weather but they provided us with a heater. They could not be any more helpful.( Will say it was the wettist day so far this year)
We had a wonderful time and we will return.

It's not often a hotel ticks all the boxes but Leonardo Chester certainly did , especially the central location and convenient parking . From check-in to check-out we were greeted by friendly and knowledgable receptionists . Our deluxe room was very spacious indeed and the welcoming chilled Prosecco helped revive us . The breakfast staff were so attentive and the quality and sheer range of breakfast items were without doubt the best we have experienced for a long while . Leonard's has suddenly become our stay of choice. Very well done

The Hotel was very good and central to the city however the receptionist Dylan was extremely low on personality he shouldn’t be at front of house position

Great hotel right in the middle of Chester. Roads were a good size for a family of 4. They were clean and comfortable and ours had a lovely view over the town. It was also quiet despite its busy location. Staff were helpful and the lobby and bar restaurant area were very welcoming.

Lovely stay. We had a comfortable room with a great bath and shower bathroom. Great breakfast. All mod cons with a free room upgrade. The staff was polite, friendly and professional. Great central location. We will be back soon for a longer stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location... Breakfast was good! Bacon could do with an extra 5 mins cooking but plenty on offer from cooked food, cold meats, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, croissants, toast, tea, coffee, juices, don't think I missed anything lol. It does set you up for the day! Staff are very friendly, welcoming and good for a chat. They have good local knowledge and will assist you with things like calling taxis, best restaurants and local attractions such as the city wall.

Never got to use it due to my partner catching covid at least there should be some externating circumstances even if my voucher has been redeemed I request for a change of date but I got no help with that I will never use the wocher service it was actually my first time using it and I did not have a good experience.
