Excellent location for Glass House. We stayed at this hotel for an event at the Glasshouse (5 minute walk) Plenty of parking on arrival and a very nice greeting at reception, our room was ready and nice and warm clean and comfortable over looking the Quayside and its Christmas lights and the Glasshouse. The breakfast was very tasty English (sadly no mushrooms) scrambled eggs bacon tin tomato beans and mini marmite tubs with toast, over all excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, unfortunately forgotten there names. Will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Overnight gig trip. Good comfortable accommodation, very good price, great location, a decent walking distance into the city and decent facilities available for guests. Didn't use restaurant but plenty lovely places to eat in the city and Christmas markets were on also.

Norwegian Brass band. visit From beginning to end a super weekend here at the Ramada Encore with 38 guests from Norway On arrival , everything was ready and at reception nothing was to much trouble. All the rooms were well appointed and very comfortable Parking for our Coach was well organised and no problem The stars on of the weekend were the Staff , all the staff , from reception to the bar and into the restaraunt. The food both at Breakfast and our buffet dinner in the afternoon was excellent with plenty of choices and all allergies or dietary needs looked after. Special mention to the ladies serving and clearing up at Breakfast , great personalities, hard working , very efficient and great fun - all the team made our stay a superb experience Thank you to Matthew for our pre- visit meeting a week earlier - and to everyone at the hotel - it was great😁
