<b>Lovely afternoon tea.</b> We had the afternoon tea and it was very nice. Usual variety of sandwiches, scones and cakes but the countryside setting is lovely. Very relaxing. There is a option to add a glass of fizzy wine if you like but we found ig enough without. Several rooms are used, with different styles and there is a bar to relax in afterwards.

<b>Great Hotel and lovely location.</b> Been to Makeney Hall many times, the service has been brilliant yet again, food lovely, great location. A great big thanks to Dean, Molly, Simone, Peter and Victoria. We will be back 👍 everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s lovely to sit and watch the rabbits in the garden while eating breakfast, really lovely stay.

<b>Perfect Stay will definitely rebook and look forward to our next visit.</b> The Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating nothing was too much trouble they were always available to assist us with anything we needed. We were fortunate enough to stay in the luxurious Strutt Suit which was amazing, relaxing, and perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with fluffy pillows, that helped us get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed our meals at the hotel, both dinner and breakfast.

<b>Well worth a visit.</b> We spent three relaxing days here.1st class room in the courtyard, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and evening meals. Ideal for driving up into the Dales.
