Our little home from home. We were working further up north but had to stay at one of our favourite stops overs. Fantastic stay, a warm welcome when we arrived late by holly on the front desk. Comfy beds, nice complimentary water and snacks on reception is a nice touch. The bar is fully stocked and very reasonably priced.

Came here as a party of 4 on 14/12/24 from walking in to walking out was a pleasure food comfort cleanliness staff atmosphere all 100% even when we left the head chef and two lady's from dining area came outside to wave us off this hotel and it,s staff are a credit to the hotel industry.

Hotel fab rooms really nice and clean. Stopped here a few time on business can’t fault the hotel. The hotel is in Sunderland city centre, parking across the road all the amenities close bye perfect location Nikki the bar staff so professional couldn’t do enough to help
