Amazing beautiful property, lovely lady at reception gave us a complementary room upgrade. Food delicious, service brilliant. The whole hotel was clean well kept and gorgeous. Big bonus for me was that real coffee was served at breakfast as well as the usual,machines., spa facilities excellent a decent size and warm pool . Would return and highly recommend.

Grand hotel, good dinner and breakfast. We were offered Prosecco but not given an alternative like juice as we do not drink alcohol. Bedroom had 2 single beds, would have preferred a double bed but choice not given. Enjoyed swimming and using steam/ sauna.

Brilliant staff at this excellent hotel and leisure complex in beautiful countryside - The Staff are the backbone and greatest asset of this lovely hotel with excellent leisure facilities. In the Leisure Bar it is a pleasure to be served by Vicki, Evie or Sophie. Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies. Very hardworking, polite and friendly.

Golf weekend - Excellent service. Especially the bar staff, Ewie, Victoria and sam. They couldn't do enough for us. Made us feel welcome all weekend. Golf courses were brilliant and well looked after. The hotel was clean and friendly as were all the staff.
