Just back from an AMAZING overnight, celebrating my Sister’s Birthday.💜 Absolutely First Class, from Arrival to Departure.💜 Staff impeccable, Reception Staff adorable , food delicious, including breakfast which was freshly made and plentiful, (compliments to the Chef), Spa Facilities First Class, room clean, comfortable, and beds very comfy.💜 I messaged the Hotel arranging to drop off flowers, gifts, cake etc. the previous night, and they were very accommodating.💜 Room was decorated for our arrival, and my Sister was delighted.💜 Waiting Staff in restaurant were second to none, although I didn’t get their names.💜 They made the night so special by bringing in the cake, and for their attentiveness to us.💜 I would highly recommend a visit, and I will absolutely, posintutely be back.💜

Enjoyed our stay. Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. TV was a bit temperamental but wasn't a big issue. Enjoyed the pool area although glad we hadn't booked a spa package as it isn't really a spa facility what with kids swimming lessons and big family groups in the pool. Steam room was out of order too. Meals were lovely though. Enjoyed a nice 2 course dinner and was happy with breakfast offering. Did think it a bit odd that, after buying a bottle of prosecco at the bar my sister was just given it in an ice bucket with the glasses and it was not even opened. Don't think we have ever had to pop our own bottle in a bar or restaurant before. Plenty parking

Great deal. Food was lovely and staff really friendly. Getting renovated at the moment but doesn’t affect us. Had a lovely spa day also. Would definitely go again.

Great golf weekend, hotel lovely, food excellent, staff all friendly and welcoming, including Elaine who greeted us on the Friday, and again on Monday morning for breakfast.

Best Hitel and Dpa service Louise and Julie are wonderful at the spa services!! Wonderfully amazing location .. green all around. Staff is great so friendly and helpful!! Spa was relaxing and done perfectly! Louise and Julie were the excellent providers of services for exfoliating scrub and shoulders neck and back massage. Wonderful experience all around. Thank you so much

I gifted this voucher to my son and his partner as a birthday gift. Unfortunately the pool and spa were out of order on the day they had booked and this was a big part of the reason I had booked this hotel. They were given a pass for spa access at a later date but I feel this takes away from the full experience and also they have the added expence of travel and arranging child care. As a gesture of goodwill I think they should have been offered lunch with the return spa visit or at least a bottle of wine or a drink with their dinner as compensation.
