The Fine Print
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 1st November 2026.
- One voucher per two people.
- Max weight: 18 stone 7 lbs (117kg) (contact iFLY directly if above).
- Not suitable if pregnant, under the influence, wearing a hard cast, or with a history of shoulder dislocation.
- Ages 3+ (under 18s require signed parental permission).
- No refunds.
- Printed vouchers required (no electronic vouchers).
- Completion of a "Statement of Risk" and an online safety briefing required.
- Rescheduling Fees: More than 48 hours' notice: £10 per voucher. Less than 48 hours' notice: £20 per voucher.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
