The Fine Print
- Vouchers valid for bookings until 30 April 2026.
- One voucher per adult, 2 adults, 1 adult & 1 child, or 1 adult & 2 children.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must share an alpaca with a responsible adult (18+). All children must be supervised by an adult. The experience is not suitable for children under 8.
- All treks/experiences are supervised by myself and trained handlers. Customers may not take animals unaccompanied or leave the group. A safety briefing is provided; anyone not following instructions may be asked to leave without compensation.
- We walk in drizzle/light rain but not in heavy rain; we will contact you if weather prevents the walk. Hand-washing facilities provided. Wear closed-toe sturdy shoes (no sandals) and avoid loose clothing. Trousers recommended due to thistles/nettles. Bring waterproofs if needed.
- Cancellations over 1 week before the booking may reschedule once. Cancellations under 1 week are refunded only if we can resell the walk.
- Trekking is not recommended for pregnant women due to possible kicking and health risks. A risk assessment is available on request. Although our animals are well behaved, they may nip, bite or kick if stressed; please respect their space.
- We take all reasonable precautions but are not liable for injuries or damage to visitors’ property. Visitors are assumed to be physically and mentally fit to take part and to have sought medical advice if needed.
- We may publish photos taken during the experience on our Facebook page; tell us on arrival if you prefer not to be included.
- If purchasing food, inform us in advance of any allergies or intolerances. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
