Accessibility: Facilities and Services

• Parking: Sufficient parking available for disabled guests, located at the front of each car park.
• Medical Centre: Medical centre can be found next to the 4D cinema
• Wheelchair Hire & Scooter Hire: Wheelchairs are available from the wheelchair hire station at the main entrance on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that a hire charge of £10 applies to wheelchairs and £25 to Scooters, alongside a cash deposit of £10 is required per wheelchair/buggy. These are available on the day only.
• Toilets & Changing Facilities: Disabled toilets situated at every toilet block. There is a hoist room located in our medical centre that includes a fully adapted adult restroom, adult changing bed hoist (guests should bring their own sling) and an emergency assistance alarm.
• Assistance Dogs: Drayton Manor allow service dogs into our park but they must be kept on a lead/harness at all times and with a member of your party. No service dogs are allowed in the ride queues or within the zoo.
