What Is A Divan Bed?

Mattresses are able to fit perfectly onto a divan bed base, but with other beds they have to slot into a space and often overhang, so divan gives an overall more tidy look! They include the bed base and mattress, but divan beds have no footboards or headboards attached to them. As they're more compact, it makes them ideal for smaller bedrooms to help you save that precious space!
Can I Add A Headboard To A Divan Bed?
Traditionally, divan beds come without headboards, but there is definitely space for you to add a headboard with some bolts if you would prefer to do that! Make sure that you have enough space above your bed for the desired headboard that you'd want there.
