Last minute beauty: Beautiful hotel, staff were very helpful Lucy on Reception in particular. Very accommodating as we booked last minute as we was not happy with our air bnb. Convenient location, stunning views.

Perfect overnight stay: We enjoyed coffee and cake on arrival and were amazed by the view from our 4th floor room as we directly overlooked the wheel and pier. The room had been recently renovated and was absolutely perfect for our 1 night stay. Our 3 course meal in the restaurant was enjoyable and the staff were very efficient and pleasant.

Fantastic Weekend: Just returned from a weekend away at the Hermitage Hotel. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive, special mention to Amy who looked after us very well.

Wonderful room, hotel,location. It was our 70th birthday. The meal was so bad had half piece extra thin tough gammon, with 3 thin parsnips two small half potatoes ,bowl full up with thin gravy which didn’t go with gammon. Disgusted spoilt our stay ordered starter chicken salad, gave us Greek salad offered us a cup of coffee to make up for it! As for afternoon tea and cakes we had slice of cheesecake the width of my finger laughable.
