Everything was very easy from booking to arrival to leaving. The staff at the radisson blu liverpool were attentive but not uncomfortably so. We were asked what wine we would like, red white or rose which was appreciated.
The room was very nice, the view was ok you could see the river but as would be expected in a city there's always work going on but we weren't there for the views!
The hotel was clean the bar area nice and the restaurant where we had breakfast was ok. There were some chairs with covers on but these weren't put on properly, again didn't affect our stay.
The breakfast had a lot of choice continental, cooked you could order other items if needed such as omelette, poached eggs porridge etc. There was fruits, yogurts, continental meats and cheeses, a variety of breads and pastries and juices plus tea and different teas and coffees. A lovely break

Really enjoyed our stay - The rooms are big and the bed is supeking size. Good view to the river. Bathroom was nice with big fluffy towels and good toiletries including hair conditioner and body lotion. Slept well and enjoyed the breakfast choices the next day. Highly recommend, especially as it was at a bargain cost.
