Amazing We can't thank Maria enough for the incredible hospitality and kindness she showed us during our stay. After a particularly difficult time in my personal life, her thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room truly transformed our experience. Another Excellent Stay I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions and booked again last Saturday as I was attending an event at the adjacent Hydro. The lady on reception, Jamie, was exceptional, friendly, and efficient. She has checked us in on previous visits and is always a delight, a real credit to the hotel. The room, as always, was spotlessly clean with a large, comfortable bed and had all the amenities needed. The only small issue that I have noticed when I have stayed at the hotel is the lifts. They can be a bit of a hit or a miss actually coming when called, and the queues to use them can be quite big and get really overcrowded. It's not a major issue but a regular thing I've noticed.
