The perfect guest house We stayed for one night while visiting family in the area, we had a large room and there was a queen bed plus two singles for our daughters. It was clean and tidy. The beds were lovely and cosy. We would definitely stay here again, welcoming staff and although we didn’t have the breakfast we did use the honesty bar when my husband woke up in the night desperate for a drink - very handy and such a lovely concept.

Great guesthouse A great guesthouse just down the hill from the Royal Crescent. My room was decorated nicely, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfasts were great, and the staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when I arrived much later than I expected and was in dire need of a quick meal and beer.

Cozy in Bath I was in Bath for 2 nights last week and stayed at Brooks Guesthouse in a ground floor twin room. The beds were comfortable cozy, and the bathroom was great, with excellent water pressure and modern fixtures. A lovely tea tray with ginger biscuits was a welcoming touch.
