Friendly staff Such lovely friendly staff gave me slippers when my feet where in pain when i was oht in the town. They were so kind and amazing to me. Could ask for better supportive staff verry appreciative for what they had done. Should advise to go there and make sure to give love to the resption xx

A very comfortable stay. We would return & have no hesitation in recommending We were upgraded to a suite on arrival because our room wasn’t ready. A lovely room with very comfy bed and gorgeous bathroom. The hotel is very close to the castle and located within the High street close to excellent shopping and so many places to eat, with you chose not to eat at the hotel.

Superb food Wow! Wonderful welcoming old inn, we got a late booking for dinner on two nights. The food is superb. I risked the liver but it was perfect. Royally looked after by Earindo, this was an absolute joy and really transformed our Ruby anniversary weekend. On the second night we we greeted like old friends by Joey on Reception. This is British hospitality at it's very best. The chef and all staff should be proud of their high standard. Thank you all.
