Staff were lovely and reception were very helpful when we had a small problem with our room.
Both breakfast and bar meals were excellent and served quickly and piping hot.
Some external painting around the gigantic lounge windows would improve the look of the hotel exterior but the fantastic views of Loch Linnie more than made up for that quite apart from the amazing value by booking through Wowcher. You could easily pay two or 3 times as much for your accomodation in Fort William but its the majestic scenery that drew us to the area. Would definitely go again if deals remain this good in the future

<B>Great.</B> We went to the Caledonian Hotel for a special Birthday, it was clean and tidy. The Staff made it special for us, I requested a table by the window for meals overlooking Loch Linnhe for duration of our stay and staff kindly obliged. We had a great report with Donna on reception, Maggie and Adrianna and,Georgianna in the restaurant. They made it very special for my husband and I. The rooms are basic but comfortable, would highly recommend this hotel.

<B>Great base due to location and view.</B>... Hotel very clean. Beautiful views over Loch Linnhe and Ben Nevis. Bus stop next door. This hotel worked well for our trip and it is good value. Will have fond memories of stay and especially all the staff.

Although this hotel was having repairs done, it didnt stop our enjoyment and stay, the food was ok the staff were excellent , the accommodation was clean and well kept and we had a good nights sleep it was well away from the town centre, not noisy just lovely
