From the moment we arrived , for my friends 50 th We were given such a warm reception. Great choices for the evening meal and also for Breakfast . Such amazing value for money especially at it included the spa . Only had one bad thing, our room was in the courtyard with a bright street light outside. Which woke us up us up at 4am. it was shining through the glass window in the door . There must have been a curtain there at so time , as figment was broken , but no curtain . Changing rooms, as not an option as hotel was full booked. At 4am there was no chance of getting out of bed to tell reception. But everything else was great . . Want to give a special mention to Becky , Sarah , and Nina who you could tell enjoyed their job . They went out of their way to make our stay as they could . Also Thankyou to the hotel who decorated my friends room

The hotel is very clean. Rooms need a bit of TLC. We stayed in a courtyard one. The bar and restaurant area looks like it has been refurbished. Spa area was nice although not many lockers worked. We had a meal at night and breakfast. Both were really nice especially our meal. Our waiter was lovely can't remember his name. He did get told of for talking to us which wasn't his fault as we were asking him questions and talking to him. He was just being polite to us. I did mention to someone as we left how nice he was and good table service. Hope this got back to him.
Overall a really good experience and we would definitely go back.

Arrived at 3pm, free parking for overnight guests. Lovely room which was clean and beautifully decorated. Mini fridge with a few soft drinks, nespresso machine and kettle. Robes and slippers. Spent most of the day in the spa which had a couple of steam rooms which made our skin glow and cleared airways, plus a sauna and rainforest style showers! Followed by a swim in the pool, jacuzzi and relaxing around the pool. Spoilt for choice with the evening meal, couldn’t decide what to have!! Will be going back to try the other options as really impressed with what we did choose. Missed the morning breakfast as the black out curtains did the job, still thought it was the middle of the night at 10am!! So had another hour in the spa before checking out. Very good and will definitely be returning! Really enjoyed our stay and impressed. Value for money!
