We arrived quite late to check in but it was no problem at all. The reception staff and bar staff were so helpful.

The leisure center was closed when we arrived, and no one informed us beforehand, which almost made our trip feel unworthy.
Even though we turned on the heater, the room remained a bit cold.
Both the room and the corridor smelled like someone had been smoking, and I even called the concierge to report it.

Never a 4 star Hotel . The window cills were covered in mould in our room . The breakfast very poor .
Very disappointed with our stay .
