<b>Excellent experience.. can't ask for more.</b> Phenomenal experience, great staff, very beautiful lobby and hotel too .. excellent location...plus the Haven rooftop bar serves excellent brunch... Definitely coming back again. And it's going to be one of my favourite hotels... please don't change.(Sanctuary Hotel New York)

<b>Incredible resort!</b> Everything at this resort was top notch! The food was amazing, the beach was spectacular and the service was incredible! The fact that the weather was perfect made it even better! I want to give an extra shout out to all staff members…particularly the guys working the Mezcal Pool Bar! You work incredibly hard and deserve to be recognized for your dedication to making the guests happy. Well done! (Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres)

<b>Gorgeous beach gorgeous resort.</b> We spent a wonderful week here at the riu palace. The ride from airport was about a hour after stopping at a few other results, we arrived at resort and check in was quick and easy. We had a suite on the ground floor the room was clean and well decorated. The only complaint about the room was the double beds were very small two adults could not fit comfortably there is a pull out couch. The resort was beautiful everything was close and a short walk to the beach very very clean resort no complaints. I loved the food and drinks and all the workers made sure your cup was never empty. The beach was amazing no rocks in ocean we swam almost every day! The only negative thing would be the evening entertainment it lacked a lot of things for this size of resort. Highly recommend this place to anyone (Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres)
