Experience This is my second time in this hotel and the experience was very pleasant. The cleanliness is exemplary, Mrs. Farida who cleaned our room 109 where I was accommodated, very kind and welcoming. The restaurant has a wide variety of food that is tasty. The gentlemen and ladies who are at the reception are also very kind. The experience in this hotel is unforgettable. I will come back!

Staff make this a 5* hotel This is our third year here and whilst the hotel has a few things that could be improved to bring it up to a true 5* it’s the staff here that are the real 5* gems and the reason why we have returned 3 years running. These people are amazing and work so, so hard to make the holiday experience so incredible. From the cleaning staff who never stop cleaning, to the reception staff, the bar waiters, the animation team and the restaurant staff, you just can’t fault their dedication to guests and always work, tirelessly, with a big smile on their faces and a friendly greeting when you see them. We would like to say a big thank you to Zouba and Zico in the animation team, Marwen, head of reception, Nabil, Jalill, Mohamed Ali and Hasoumma all bar waiters the lovely Lena who cleans the rooms and Moussa part of the restaurant team, who all go above and beyond, day after day to make the stay here so special. As we said in the beginning, these are the gems that make the hotel so special.

Two fantastic weeks We have been coming to this wonderful hotel since 2017 either once or twice every year and make our booking with Mr Gaied, who is always efficient, helpful and attentive. Our expectations are always very high but have always been exceeded, either due to staff efficiency, a new feature or increasingly amazing food. This year was no exception. The staff are warm and always welcome us with a smile, making us feel quite special. We had an all inclusive package and so ate in the restaurant three times daily. We were blown away by the delicious food on offer and particularly this year the Tunisian offering. However there were plenty of other options including, to name just a few, Japanese sushi, a selection of cheeses (French), freshly caught and cooked fish, Italian offerings of pizza, bolognaise and other dishes. Breakfast is a smorgersboard of delight with the egg chef expertly creating omelettes etc and the pancake chef busy making those and waffles. Cereals, fruit, juices, breads and pastries all abundant. The pastry chef really excelled with his creative offerings. Our rooms were comfortable and clean with great shower facilities and balconies. Our cleaner kept our room ‘spick and span’. Zuba and the entertainment team worked hard to make us feel welcome to join in. Our waiters, Hichem and Moussa, looked after us splendidly during our stay. The ever cheerful Jelel and his colleagues kept us provided with expertly mixed cocktails promptly and attentively. We have never been to any other large hotel where all the staff are so helpful, cheerful and welcoming and the Management team so effective. Very highly recommended.
