Central lovely quite hotel. Perfectly situated hotel ! Staff are helpful and polite, rooms are clean and have everything needed for our stay. We were welcomed on arrival, we were too early for our room but they happily checked us in and took our bags. Small bar and good size breakfast room which offered fresh juices coffee, teas, cereal, fruit, bread pastry’s and bacon and eggs and cold meats. Super close to water taxis and I recommend a walk behind the hotel for little traditional restaurants and local shops. Will recommend to family and friends and would come back to hotel and Venice!

Excellent hotel with great location and helpful staff. Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very near San Marco square and some wonderful restaurants but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel booked a water taxi to the airport for us and a porter led us and carried our bags on the short walk to the boat.
