Convenient location in Como, on-site parking (a big plus), large room, pet-friendly. Even though we didn’t travel with pets, it is good to see a clean and well-managed hotel that is pet-friendly. We were on a road trip to Italy from Switzerland and the location of this hotel is perfect for our first stop over.

The room was very nice and clean. The parking and underground parking were good with a lot of space. Staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back and maybe try the breakfast next time.

Great value for money! Free parking, rooms excellent! Recommend without hesitating!! Aah and yes, 10 points for breakfast for 9,50 euro with everything you can wish for. Would definitely come back, actually this is our second visit already!

We stayed here for 1 night - but do to a mix up on our part - it was a memorable stay! The gentleman (Francesco) at the front desk was a huge help the morning we expected our tour bus outside only to realize we stayed at the "wrong" location. He assisted us with making calls and we ultimately ended up meeting up with our tour at a different location. All because he was willing to take the time to help overcome OUR mistake. This tour was a highlight of the trip and the story makes it even more memorable. The room itself was very clean and probably the most comfortable bed we slept on for our entire 2-week trip (and all the places we stayed were fancier/more expensive).

Exceptionally helpful staff (Mary & Imane!). Good breakfast at very reasonable price. Convenient location near train station. Can leave bags before/after stay. Slippers available upon request. Nice little shop for incidentals (water, snacks..). Lift available.

We were in the hotel in between our vacations. Friendly staff (Imane and Camilla) they were very friendly and helpful to us for the information and support us from their mind. Cleanness room. We were very happy to advise you to be in this hotel.

We have recently returned from Como where we used this hotel as a base to explore the lake area. We were absolutely impressed with the close proximity of the hotel to the railway station (see below for the short cut). The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room very modern with a comfortable bed. Towels were changed everyday and the room cleaned - we requested new pillows and coat hangers and they arrived within 2 minutes. The mini shop by reception served everything from cosmetics and toiletries, wine, Prosecco and beer all at very reasonable prices. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was excellent value and we will be looking to return.

We stayed only for two nights but our impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff is very polite and willing to help. They allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier than normal check-in time which was very helpful and appreciated. The room was very clean and spacious and the internet worked flawlessly.

The best affordable hotel in Como! Staff both reception and housekeeping always goes extra mile to make your stay perfect. We never had any issues but we did ask for places in Como and let me tell you - they know everything! Thank you very much, we will be back soon!

We had an amazing stay!!! Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast salty and sweet - great for all! And the reception staff - they always go extra mile to help you, they know everything about Como, they always tell you best places to go!
