Beautiful Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were very professional. The rooms are lovely and the bed was huge. The was a mini bar/fridge, however, you are charged for the items in there, the milk for tea/coffee and water are free. These were replenished daily. The breakfast was included in our package and it was beautiful, there was everything for all palettes. The hotel is central to all the tourist attractions, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Jewish Quarters is 10 minute walk and the main square is approx. 15 minutes.

Excellent hotel, great location!. This is fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean and tidy, beds comfortable and staff very helpful and professional. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with lots to chose from. Great location and within walking distance from Jewish Quarter and Old Town.

Great Hotel We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel. It was our first time in Krakow and the reception staff were really helpful with providing us with a map and giving us directions to where we wanted to go. The hotel is in a great location for being in walking distance to the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The daily complimentary water was greatly appreciated.

Superb hotel on all levels Great hotel all round… fantastic location.., super clean and large room. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was great too. Attached restaurant was amazing.. great choice, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.

This was NOT a city centre location! The hotel was actually 7km from the city centre with no bars or restaurants near the hotel, therefore had to use the tram or taxi to the centre and back twice a day. The hotel itself was ok apart from the ridiculous heat in the room that we could just not escape (even with the air con system switched off and the window open), and the hot breakfast selection wasn’t great with only sausage or scrambled egg to choose from.
Krakow was a good city break though with decent day trips and restaurants.
