We were extremely happy with the service we received from Wizzair, however the hotel is definitely not a four star. The room was adequate but needed attention especially the carpet. The shower cubicle required new grouting as it looked very tired on the outside. The staff although very friendly were not suitably dressed and the servers in the restaurant weren’t very welcoming.

Great service from the travel company. All services paid for except auto check-in worked. Had to online checkin myself. Wizz Air was good only slight delay on way out. Hotel had everything we needed but would have liked to be closer to the town. Prebooked Short term parking recognised number plate on way in but not on way out but intercom at barrier allowed the barrier to open. A great trip, loved Budapest.

I was a little concerned about booking a holiday via Wowcher and tbh everything was great except no one explains you have to pay for the seats and luggage on EasyJet and if you want to fly from an airport of your choice that’s also at an additional cost. All in all, it might have been simpler/cheaper to book the holiday another way but you don’t know until you’ve tried. The accommodation was nice. We were about 20 min walk from the Christmas markets. Enjoyable.

Thank you very much for everything: The hotel is very nice, it is in a good location, where many things are available nearby. The room is nice and comfortable. The staff is very polite and well trained.

The hotel is quite far out on the Buda side so a long way out from the Christmas markets. Breakfast is at an additional cost. The hotel only offers breakfast and there are only a couple of restaurants in the area. The hotel is more of a 2 or 3 star hotel. It is on a very noisy and busy main road.
