Absolutely amazing hotel staff were genuinely nice and so helpful. The staff- I cannot say enough nice things about every single person that worked there that we came into contact with. I messed up my reservation and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help my family out. One young man that worked that spoke to my son about football and was just so engaging. Everyone that worked there seemed genuinely nice and helpful. They were all amazing. The hotel- gorgeous. Great location. Clean, well appointed, absolutely lovely. Amazing location. Right in front of the cathedral of Barcelona. The view is outstanding.

We were warmly greeted and even though it was only 11 am in the morning, they had a room for us. Room was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. It was in an ideal. location for exploring Barcelona by walking. It was a perfect start to our train in Spain.

A very comfortable hotel in a prime location. I loved being able to walk to everything I needed. Only taxi you need is to and from the airport. Very clean hotel, and the wifi was perfect to work
