- Upgrades to Executive Riverside Rooms are available at a supplement of £20.00 per night, subject to availability. Guests must call the hotel directly to check availability and arrange upgrades.
- Guests must present a valid ID or credit card upon check-in for incidentals and potential damage. This policy is enforced to address damage occurring in rooms, and check-ins without such credentials are not permitted.
- Bottle of prosecco is provided on check-out and must be collected from the hotel reception desk. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with the hotel’s licensing obligations and to prevent confusion between guests and non-guests bringing alcohol into licensed areas.
- Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only and subject to availability. A charge of £25.00 per pet per night applies, along with a £100.00 refundable damage deposit.
