Fantastic hotel, great selection of food at meal times.
Hotel was situated about 15 mins walk up hill from the beach and another 5 mins into the old town.
Courtesy bus available at certain times of day also taxi ride back to hotel was €6.
We would definitely use this hotel again👍🏻

Beautiful scenery and lovely hotel staff! - Overall we had a really lovely time and felt very looked after! The landscape around the hotel is beautiful, it's really lush green with gorgeous plants. (Blue Sea Costa Jardin & Spa)

A lovely stay Me and my partner stayed at the O7 Tenerife for 5 nights on an all inclusive basis. Food was tasty and there was a variety of different dishes each day to suit everyone’s needs. (O7 Tenerife)

Mostly a relaxed stay at the hotel, definately not a 4* hotel may have been in the past, however clean and functional with resonable facilities, restruant was very clean , well staffed and reasonably good menu range and quality of food , staff were nice and friendly.
The upper bar area's could do with more seating and additional bar staff when busier.
pool area is clean and pleanty of sunbeds
overall enjoyable holiday , relaxed and chilled.

As far as I was concerned it is a scam I booked for 4 days and they had me arriving after midnight so I lose a day and leaving early in the morning so effectively only 2 day ask to change the flights so we get 4 full days was charged 89 each and they changed the hotel without letting me know so what was advertised so not get to be honest I should get a partial refund the hotel was such a downgrade it was horrible not what was advertised
