Excellent It's been brilliant staff polite been here six weeks and clean rooms been helpful and never had a problem food great if picky I'm not always something to eat enjoyed every minute I come here every year for the last four years and it's alway been a good experience bar staff very polite and entertainment good rooms cleaned every day I got a lovely surprise on my last night this hotel should be a 5 star

Enjoyable stay Food was lovely,staff great . Only complaint,room not cleaned every day, just beds made . Sheets not changed whole time tho ,11 night stay . Could do with more entertainment, entertainment crew were great ,made everyone join in . You get a free go in the spa ,but it's only a steam room, jacuzzi,and indoor pool,and you have to wear swimming hat .
