Highly recommended - Really lovely friendly guys, very helpful, even helped carry bags in from the car, very clean rooms, lovely cooked breakfast, gated parking, not far to walk to north pier and winter gardens. Would definitely stay here again if in Blackpool.

Quality b&b - As per all the previous reviews it is nearly impossible to find fault with this place . We arrived two hours early and it wasn’t a problem the room was ready and we checked in immediately and with no fuss .

Hidden gem near everything! - Lovely little gem nestled in the northern Quarter. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly.
