Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

We offer free shipping for deliveries within 100 miles of Birmingham, making it convenient for you to receive your new sofa. If you are located between 100-150 miles away, there is a £29 charge for delivery. For locations over 150 miles away, please contact us for more information on delivery options. Our couriers will call you with a few days notice before delivering your sofa, so be sure to provide us with your best contact number. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item has not been assembled.

Additional £20 fee for deliveries above ground floor

If you require delivery above or below the ground floor, there is an additional £20 fee charged by the drivers. Please note that this fee is discretionary between you and the couriers, and does not relate to SOFA SCENE LTD. We deliver to England and Wales only, ensuring that our customers in these areas receive their orders promptly and efficiently. Our couriers will deliver your sofa to your doorstep, but can also place items in a ground floor room upon request.
