- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st March 2026.
- Bookings must be made by 28th Feb 2026 bookings after this date will not be accepted.
- One voucher per two people (18+).
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Max. 6 guests with vouchers.
- Advanced booking required; vouchers redeemed at booking and code must be quoted when booking.
- Any booked through the generic merchant website are subject to cancellation.
- 48-hour notice for rescheduling (once only).
- Set menu dishes - non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Vegetarian or classic options and non-alcoholic drink alternatives available.
- Vegan option is available (minimum of 2 guests to dine from same menu e.g if one guest out of 6 is vegetarian, 2 people would need to dine from the vegetarian meal).
- Gluten-free options not available.
- Full voucher value used in one visit.
- Valid at specified venues only.
- Some date restrictions apply - including but not limited to all bank holidays and internal Crazy Bear Party Dates.
- Book at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available.

- No dogs allowed.
