  • Bookings must be made by 31st October 2025, bookings made after this date will not be accepted.

  • Some date restrictions apply, including but not limited to 30th March, 25th May, and 31st August 2025, all bank holidays and Crazy Bear internal parties.
  • One voucher per one, two or four people.
  • May buy multiples as gifts.
  • Maximum 6 people per booking.
  • 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies (can be rescheduled once).
  • Please note dishes cannot be swapped or changed. Gluten-free and vegan afternoon tea is offered, but this must be requested upon booking.
  • Menu may vary compared to sample menu online
  • Booking is essential (vouchers will not be accepted without booking).
  • Offer is subject to quoting your voucher security code at the time of booking.
  • Bookings are taken subject to availability, so book in advance.
  • Bookings are non-refundable (vouchers are redeemed at the time of booking).
