- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th April 2026
- One voucher per person or two people.

- A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
- £8 surcharge for a set of bathrobes, slippers, and a towel from Monday - Thursday.
- There is an additional surcharge of £15 pp for Saturday or Sunday bookings, this charge includes a set of bathrobes, slippers, and a towel.

- Vouchers are valid for redemption for four months from purchase date.
