- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 30th Aug 2025.

- 48-hour cancellation policy.
- 48-hour rescheduling policy.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Full refund for voucher if deemed unsuitable for treatment.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment with freshly brushed teeth. If a patient arrives late the consultant won’t have enough time to perform the procedure and the appointment will need to be rebooked, £30 cancellation fee will be applied.
- Consultation fee fully refundable only when going ahead with the treatment.
- Requires a fully refundable deposit during the time of the initial FREE consultation; it is inclusive if the patient decides to go ahead with the procedure and fully refundable if the patient is rejected for treatment.
- Alignment Voucher includes a treatment plan, 6 aligners (per arc, subject to plan purchased), a FREE teeth whitening pen, FREE Aligner case, and additional resources and accessories for invisible alignment. Alignment Voucher also includes access to the TrayMinder application to track StarSmiles Treatment Progress from the comfort of your home.
- If a treatment requires more than 6 aligners, an extra charge will be applied for each additional month’s worth of aligners.
- Whitening Voucher includes 15% carbamide peroxide prescribed whitening kit with 4 syringes of whitening gel, a customised whitening tray, sleek zippable whitening case, and additional whitening essentials.
- All StarSmiles Treatments require 1 in-person 3D Intraoral Scan Appointment.
- Products can be shipped to your doorstep, for a menial extra shipping charge.
- Please allow up to 40 minutes per session.
- Valid Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm. Weekend accommodations available per request.
