- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 30th December 2025.
- One voucher per group of up to five people. If purchasing additional slots you need one of these vouchers per person too.
- Additional people can be added to the voucher at £19.80.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Maximum number of people is 8.
- In case you have brought more participants to the Experience than booked, the price difference can be settled upon arrival.
- Must present voucher on arrival.
- Contact the merchant if booking confirmation is not received within 48 hours of booking.
- Must book at least 48 hours in advance.
- Bookings are non-transferable; with no refunds.
- Contact merchant directly for any changes to your booking; at least 72 hours' notice is required.
- Venue management discretion on entry/refusal.
- Full refund or reschedule if venue cancels.
- Strictly 8 years+, with adult supervision required.
- Late arrivals may lose time slot; no refunds for lateness.
- No outside food/drinks permitted; alcohol will be confiscated.
- You are liable for deliberate damage and cleaning charges may apply.
- This is for a karaoke experience and instruments are not included as part of the offer
- If you bring less participants to the experience than you booked for, the price difference will not be refunded.
