- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 24th August, 2025.

- Valid tickets only: You must present a valid ticket or QR‑coded confirmation (printed or on your phone) to gain entry. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Only the ticket purchaser is eligible for any refund
- Wristbands: Weekend tickets are activated via wristbands, which must be worn intact to allow re‑entry.
- No outside food or drink (except one small empty plastic bottle per person). Bars and food vendors are available on-site.
- Confiscated items: Glass, BBQs, gas canisters, drones, weapons, illegal substances, recording equipment over 35mm lens, large umbrellas, etc., are not allowed and may be seized during bag searches at entry.
- Age limit: 18+ only.
