- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 18th October 2026.
- One voucher per one, two or four people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Valid only for Adventures at Mill Waters, King’s Mill Reservoir.
- Valid on open days, excluding winter closure between 3rd November and reopening on 7th February.
- Valid only for the package purchased (1, 2 or 4 people). Additional participants require further vouchers.
- Minimum age rules apply.
- Some activities require adult supervision.
- Safety equipment provided must be worn.
- All participants must attend a safety briefing and follow instructions.
- The provider reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.
- Refunds are not available for no-shows or late arrivals. Rebooking may be permitted subject to the provider’s policy.
