The Fine Print

  • When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 20th March 2026.
  • We will instruct all visitors how to feed, pet and interact with the alpacas safely and only within your own comfort level.
  • We do have on site parking but limited spaces.
  • No toilets on site, sorry.
  • Access to the alpacas is through a horse field.
  • Please wear suitable footwear (the access field can get quite muddy in wet weather).
  • In the winter months the ground may not be suitable for prams, wheelchairs or those of limited mobility.
  • Only feed the alpacas the food provided as some foods are poisonous to alpacas.
  • Children MUST be supervised at all times.
  • We do ask for a small deposit to secure bookings.
  • No shows are non refundable, please call at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to help cancel or rearrange.
  • All sessions are weather permitting and refunds or a new booking will be given in the case of cancellation due to weather.
  • Open all year except Christmas day.
  • Please DO NOT chase the alpacas (or the staff!)
  • May buy multiples as gifts.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied to this deal.
